50 Ton Hydraulic Rail Bender

The Aldon^® 50-Ton Hydraulic Rail Bender is an industrial-strength track tool built to bend or straighten the heaviest rail sections up to 85 lbs./yd. Utilizing a massive 50-ton heavy-duty hydraulic ram, this bender easily shapes heavy-haul and transit rails. The rail bender features a steel frame with a dedicated geometric configuration that wraps securely around the rail profile, allowing crews to fix rail curves or kinks on-site with excellent control and operator safety.
