Two-Way Hinged Railroad Derail w/Pop-Up Sign Holder (For Locomotives)

Designed for 6-axle and 4-axle locomotives and all freight cars operating at 10 m.p.h. or less.

Low-angle deflection bar accommodates the longer wheelbase of 6-axle locomotives. Allow ample space alongside the track for the derailed vehicle to slide to a stop.

• For rails 90-141 lbs./yd. our hinged derail is equipped with a sign holder and sign which fold down when the derail is lifted off the rail and raises when the derail is placed back on the rail. (The photo above is demonstrating a Two-Way Freight Derail With Pop-Up Sign Holder).
• Six screw spikes are provided for proper anchoring to ties.
• Height of derail above the rail, 2-3/4".
