Description

The ultimate in Blue Flag protection for workers in rail yards. If you can't couple to a rail car, you can't pull the car.

Our Car Coupler Padlock and Sign Holder fits the sign post hole found on all railway couplers. The steel "cage" in the middle of the shaft fits inside the knuckle of the coupler, thus stopping a worker from attempting to couple to the stationary car.

CAUTION: Apply the car brake and wheel chocks before installing the Rail Car Coupler Lock.

Holder supports a 12 x 15 in OSHA-mandated Blue Flag sign.
Padlock included.
Sign plates are not included but can be ordered separately.

IMPORTANT:

This sign holder is designed to accept 12”x 15” and 15”x 18” Aldon manufactured sign plates with item numbers starting with “6” or “7”. Other sign plates may require additional mounting holes to be installed by the customer. Aldon can install custom mounting holes upon request for an additional charge.
