Rail Tugger

The Aldon^® Rail Tugger is a heavy-duty, 40-lb. mechanical puller equipped with a reliable self-locking wedge that grabs rail sections tightly. Designed to drag and position standard 39-foot lengths of rail, it accommodates heavy rail weights ranging from 100 to 141 lbs./yd. This rugged tool is built exclusively for horizontal pulling and positioning on the ballast bed; it must never be used for vertical hoisting or lifting crane rails.
