Are shipping/freight/taxes or fees included in the cost of the product?

No. Shipping/freight/sales tax/ fees are additional to the product cost.

Aldon can ship on our account number and bill you back, or you can provide a shipping account number and carrier for us to use.

Sales tax is also additional where applicable. We currently collect sales tax for orders shipping to Illinois and Wisconsin.

Any duties, customs or fees for Canadian shipments are not included.

We can also set up a Pro-Forma Invoice for payment in advance.

What is Aldon’s return policy?

Aldon products can be returned for credit within 60 days of the Ship Date. Returned merchandise must be in

new and unused condition. A restocking fee may be assessed. Custom-built products are not returnable.

Aldon products are warranted for 12 months from the Ship Date for workmanship and material defects.
