Track Gauge Spreader Base of Rail (Insulated)

Keep track in spec with Aldon^®’s Track Gauge Spreader Base of Rail, Insulated. Designed for correcting track after derailments and installing gauge rods, this tool grabs the rail base to pull or push rails into the correct gauge position while providing insulation for track circuit protection.

Features & Specifications:

• Insulated base-of-rail track gauge spreader
• Grabs rail base to pull or push rails into desired gauge
• Can be used in regular track and within switches
• One end has a double jaw, with one jaw offset to lift the spreader above switch point or heel block
• Reversible ratchet wrench with flip key to change movement direction
• Useful for correcting track after derailment and installing gauge rods
