Complete spill protection for railcars. Polyethylene pans (1/2” thick) fit snugly between and outside the rails of track. Pans have overlapping flanges and interconnect with pipe nipples for overflow.

Grates strengthen pan and provide walk-over, drive-over freedom for workers. Solid pan covers fit over grates when railcar is gone to prevent rain and snow from mixing with the spill. Poly gaskets seal gaps between rails and pans. Pans are simple to install. External piping can be connected to underside of pans for heavy spills. Minor spills can be pumped out by hand.
